Non-UNC Group Notice
Non-UNC Groups require a UNC sponsoring organization in order to reserve a room at the Y. The sponsor must be present throughout the meeting or event. The sponsor is required to complete this form and be the point of contact for the event.

Choose Room and Check Availability
- Anne Queen Lounge - The Campus Y can only reserve this space for weekends and weekdays after 5:00 pm. For events on weekdays until 5:00 pm, please contact the Office of Faculty Governance for reservations.
- Conference Room 103 - This conference room seats 10 people and has a projector and white board. After 5:00 pm, this room is reserved for Campus Y groups only. No recurring meetings are allowed for groups outside the Campus Y.
- Seminar Rooms 207 and 208 - These rooms seat up to 15 people individually, or can be combined to double the space. Each room has a projector. After 5:00 pm, these rooms are reserved for Campus Y groups only. No recurring meetings are allowed for groups outside the Campus Y.
