The “Y” Wizard Tournament

This year, we will be holding a First-Year Engagement event titled “The Y Wizard Tournament,” incorporating different aspects of the Harry Potter series. This event will allow first year students a chance to see which Campus Y committee(s) are best suited for them. There will be Harry Potter themed games, food (including butterbeer), photobooth, and opportunities for networking. Each committee will be assigned a “house” (Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff) based on their values, goals, and category of activism. Students will than be sorted into a “house” based on their interests and explore the committees of those respective “houses.”
