Conflict Resolution for Entrepreneurs & Innovators

Co-founder drama? Avoiding hard conversations? Unsure how to address a problem? This workshop will explore several dimensions of conflict resolution for innovators and entrepreneurs. We’ll investigate: (1) assessing one’s conflict resolution “style”; (2) exploring the continuum of dispute resolution interventions; (3) identifying the unique characteristics of a mediated approach to conflict; and (4) discussing relevant dimensions of conflict as identified by workshop participants. Facilitated by Noel Mazade who has 30+ years of experience in conflict resolution.
